Delivery time

It is important for everyone that products can be delivered as quickly as possible after ordering. That is why a good stock in our warehouse is very important. That is why we do everything we can to keep the stock of our products at the best possible level. After all, we do not want to have too little or too many products in stock.

If there is too little stock, we cannot deliver the orders from our dealers, but if there is too much stock of a product, we may eventually deliver a product with too old a firmware, or even an old model. So we try to predict as well as possible what we need.

Stock indication for products

We indicate with each product whether it is in stock or not. Products that we have in stock, if ordered before 16:30, can usually be shipped the same day. They will then be offered to you by PostNL the next day in the Netherlands or Belgium. Shipping to other countries may take longer.

If a part of your order is not in stock, we basically send everything at once, so if we have all products in stock. Would you like to receive the products that we did receive? Please let us know in the comments field with the order. Of course you can also send us an e-mail or give us a call.

Pick up at our warehouse

Do you need a product quickly, or are you close by? You can also pick up an order at our pick-up desk (after confirmation). This is often the same day. Pickup is also free of charge. When completing your order, you can indicate whether you would like to receive it by post, or pick it up from us. If you choose to pick up, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready. If you are in a hurry, you can of course also call us, or send us an e-mail.
